Holmblad is a Danish, family-owned company based in Riviera del Sol, Málaga.

Since 2018, we have been delivering a range of water filtration solutions to the Spanish market—an eco-friendly alternative to the countless plastic bottles carried home from supermarkets every day.

But plastic bottles are no longer the only challenge. Growing contamination of drinking water across the EU now poses a threat to both the environment and public health. Groundwater is increasingly affected by pollution from agriculture, industry, and other sources, while traditional filtration methods are simply not sufficient to address these emerging contaminants.

To effectively remove impurities such as pesticides, PFAS, E. coli, and heavy metals, more advanced filtration technologies are required—technologies that only a handful of water utilities in the EU currently employ.

We utilize the latest technology in coconut-based activated carbon block filtration, ultramembrane filtration and modern reverse osmosis, offering exceptionally high filtration and performance.

We purchase all our products within the EU and strive, as far as possible, to offer only European-manufactured products – both for environmental reasons and to ensure high and consistent quality. Shorter transport distances reduce the CO₂ footprint, and European material standards ensure high quality and efficiency.
